To complete a classified line ad insertion order (IO), e-mail and include the following information:

• - Complete billing address to receive invoice
• - Purchase Order or completed Credit Card form
• - Online or NO online posting of text instruction
• - Final text attached as a Word document
• - High-resolution grayscale logo attached (optional)
• - Special Instructions (logo placement)

Complete IOs are due by the ad close date. Line ad close dates are by noon EST Tuesday 13 calendar days prior to the issue date, excluding legal holidays.
