In these presentations, the use of microflow UHPLC using 0.5 mm ID and 1.0 mm ID columns will be described as an innovative method to accelerate bioanalytical drug discovery by dramatically increasing throughput and decreasing method development time relative to traditional higher flow UHPLC systems utilizing 2.1 mm ID columns. Numerous examples from quantitative analyses of In-Vitro ADME characterization will be presented as well as bioanalysis of In-Vivo samples for late stage discovery profiling and validation. Added benefits for reduced sample size requirements and reduced cost of ownership will also be discussed.
